Thank you for shopping with HD COSMETIC CO. Because our personal care items, skincare, and grooming lines are freshly handmade and strictly personal use products, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind, scent preferences, or opened/used formulations due to strict health, hygiene, and sanitary regulations.
Damages, Defects, & Ordering Issues
We take immense pride in our craftsmanship and formulation quality. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we want to make it right immediately.
- Reporting Window: You must report any damaged, leaking, or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery.
- Proof Required: Please email our support team at honeydippedfacials@gmail.com with your order number and clear photographic proof of the issue.
- Resolution: Upon review and verification, we will gladly ship out a complimentary replacement or issue store credit for the affected item.
Wholesale Orders
- Due to the specialized nature and large volumes of wholesale production, all wholesale transactions are strictly final sale.
- Bulk buyers are required to inspect shipments upon arrival and report shipping transit damage within 48 hours of delivery to initiate an insurance claim with the freight carrier.
Classes & Educational Events
- Formulation & Creation Classes: All ticket sales and registrations for our in-person or virtual training sessions are non-refundable.
- Rescheduling: If you cannot make your scheduled class time, you must notify us at least 72 hours in advance to transfer your seat allocation to a future calendar date. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows forfeit their class fee.
Exclusions
We strictly do not accept returns or offer refunds/credits for:
- Cleansers, soaps, washes, or elixirs that have been opened, unsealed, or tested.
- Clearance, promotional flash sale items, or gift cards.
- Intimate wellness items (Yoni soaps and washes) under any circumstance.

Shipping Policy & Warm Weather Notice
Processing Times
Because our items are handcrafted with fresh ingredients, orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. During peak holiday seasons or major sales, processing may take up to 7 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your shipping label is generated.
Warm Weather & Summer Melting Disclaimer
Our signature Air-Whipped Body Butters and Beard Balms are completely natural and formulated to melt at body temperature. Because of this, they are highly sensitive to extreme heat during transit or while sitting in hot delivery trucks and mailboxes during summer months.
- What Happens if it Melts? Melting changes the fluffy, whipped texture of the product but does not reduce its quality or benefits.
- The Quick Fix: If your body butter or beard balm arrives melted or soft, simply place the closed jar into the refrigerator for 15–20 minutes. It will solidify back up into a rich, deeply hydrating balm texture that is perfectly safe and wonderful to use.
- Our Protection Policy: While we do our best to pack safely, HD COSMETIC CO. is not responsible for products that melt during transit or on doorsteps. We highly recommend keeping a close eye on your tracking information and bringing your package indoors immediately upon delivery.
