How long will it take for my order to ship?

Because our products are handcrafted in small batches using fresh ingredients, processing typically takes 3–5 business days. During peak holidays or sales events, please allow up to 7 business days for your order to ship.

Can I change or cancel my order after it is placed?

We begin processing orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. Once an order is placed, we are unable to make alterations, swaps, or cancellations. Please double-check your shipping details and items before checking out.

My tracking says delivered, but I cannot find my package. What should I do?

Please check with neighbors, porch corners, or your local mail carrier first. If your package still has not arrived after 24 hours from the marked delivery time, contact your local postal service branch to file a missing mail claim.

My whipped body butter arrived melted. Is it ruined?

Not at all! Our all-natural air-whipped products are designed to melt at body temperature, making them sensitive to hot transit routes. Simply place the closed jar in the refrigerator for 15–20 minutes to solidify. While the texture will change from fluffy to a rich balm, the moisturizing benefits remain exactly the same.

Are your products safe for sensitive skin?

Yes. We use premium, skin-loving raw ingredients like Shea Butter and plant oils. However, everyone's skin is unique. We always recommend performing a small patch test on your inner arm 24 hours before full use, especially if you have known skin sensitivities.

What is the shelf life of your fresh items?

Because we prioritize fresh, clean ingredients, our handcrafted body butters, beard elixirs, soaps, and cleansers have an optimal shelf life of 6 to 12 months from opening. Keep lids tightly closed and store products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and water contamination.

How often should I use the Beard Elixir and Balm?

For the best results, apply our Beard Elixir daily after washing to hydrate the hair follicles and skin underneath. Use our Beard Balm to lock in that moisture, soften coarse hairs, and style your beard into place.

Are the Yoni Soaps and Washes safe for daily use?

Yes. Our intimate wellness products are explicitly formulated with mild, plant-derived botanical ingredients to support natural balance without causing irritation. They are designed for external use only.

Do I need prior experience to join a Formulation Class?

Not at all! Our Product Formulation & Creation Classes are built for absolute beginners as well as aspiring beauty entrepreneurs. We guide you step-by-step through ingredient chemistry, safe measurement, and proper pouring techniques.

Can I get a refund if I miss my scheduled class?

All class registrations and ticket sales are non-refundable. If you cannot attend, you must contact us at least 72 hours before the start time to transfer your seat allocation to a future calendar date.
